EnVision Student Housing for The University of Akron
Regency is providing construction services for the complete renovation and conversion of five former HUD apartments into student housing. The $11 million project encompasses 126,000 square feet of existing space and 111 apartment units. EnVision will be the first student housing alternative
to focus on “Green Minded” living and the environment at
the University.
