Regency is providing construction management services for the $29 million school district portion of the City of Fairview Gemini Project - a cooperative effort between the schools and the city. The project includes a new 101,000 square foot K-5 elementary school, a 21,442 square foot addition to the middle school and renovations at the middle/high school.
