Regency is providing Construction Management Consultant services for Tri-C’s Western Campus.
The assignment includes construction management and oversight of multiple, multi-phase projects that
are part of the College’s 10-Year Facility and Academic Master Plan. Projects identified to date include renovations and an addition to the Student Center; renovation of the Key Career Center; renovation of
the campus theater; landscaping, paving and energy improvements; and roof replacements.
