A significant issue for Lakewood was the preservation of historic elements in the new and renovated buildings. Regency completed Construction Management services for Phase 1 of the $165 Million facilities plan and is completing Phase 2. Phase 1 included two new 65,000 sf elementary and 2 new 115,000 sf middle school buildings. Phase 2 encompasses renovations to the remaining 2 junior high schools to convert them to elementary schools and renovations to Lakewood High School.

and the high school renovations are
scheduled for completion in 2009.
