Regency has completed Construction Management services for Phases I & II of the three-phase Lakewood City Schools’ $195 Million facilities Plan. Phase I included four new buildings (two elementary and two middle schools).
Phase II encompassed comprehensive renovations
to two junior high schools to convert them to elementary schools and the first phase of renovations (185,000 SF)
to the District’s high school. Phase III will include
renovation of two or three remaining elementary
schools and renovation of the remaining portion
of the high school.
