Regency is currently working on this significant addition
and renovation project at Our Lady of the Elms School
in Fairlawn. The centerpiece of the work is a complete renovation of the 490-seat Performing Arts Auditorium.
The project also includes a new 80’- 0” x 103’- 4”,
8,266 sq. ft. competitive gymnasium with maple
flooring. The new gym area features visitor and
home locker rooms, fitness and training rooms,
offices and a “performing arts room” for dance
and exercise instruction.
