Regency performed preconstruction and construction management services on the District’s $39,280,016 comprehensive additions and renovations to the district’s buildings. The renovations to the Elementary Building,
which houses all K-5 students, include a 14,500 SF
addition, 36 new general classrooms and 21 additional teaching areas for subjects such as art, music and
special education, state-of-the-art technology,
security and fire protection systems and
air conditioning throughout. The renovations
also include two new grade level entrances and a
new elevator adjacent to the new kitchen and dining room.  The Secondary Building, which houses all 6-12 students, received state of the art technology, a new 41,000 SF addition and a new middle school gymnasium.
