
Regency has worked with the Bucyrus City Schools since 2006 and performed preconstruction and construction management services on the District’s $39,280,016 comprehensive additions and renovations to the District’s buildings. The renovations to the Elementary Building,
which houses all K-5 students, include a 14,500 SF
addition, 36 new general classrooms and 21 additional teaching
areas for subjects such as art, music and
special
education, state-of-the-art technology,
security
and fire protection systems and air
conditioning
throughout. The renovations also include
two new
entrances at grade level and a new elevator
that is
adjacent to the new kitchen and dining room.
The
Secondary Building, which houses all 6-12 students,
received state of the art technology, a new 41,000 SF addition and a new middle school gymnasium. Additional renovations included
parking improvements, new tennis courts and separate entrances
to the middle school and
high school wings.
