Regency has worked with the District for most of the last decade, assisting with Master Planning and bond campaign strategy, completing districtwide improvements such as
roof replacements and ADA upgrades, and providing CM services for the comprehensive renovations of the stadium. In May 2007, the community passed a bond issue that provided funds for the construction of a new $16 Million 81,313 SF intermediate school which opened in the
fall of 2009. Renovations to the existing middle
school will be completed in time for the opening of
the 2010-2011 school year. The project features a large geothermal well field and is seeking LEED certification.
