Olmsted Falls City Schools

Regency has worked with the District for most of the last decade, assisting with Master Planning and bond campaign strategy, completing districtwide improvements such as
roof replacements and ADA upgrades, and providing CM services for the comprehensive renovations of the
stadium. In May 2007, the community passed a
bond Issue that provides funds for the construction
of a new $16 Million 81,313 sf intermediate school
in the District to address current overcrowding,
especially at the Pre-K to 5th grade levels.
This Ohio School Facilities Commission project
is currently underway.
