Regency has worked with the District for most of the last decade, assisting with Master Planning and bond campaign strategy, completing districtwide improvements such as
roof replacements and ADA upgrades, and providing
CM services for the comprehensive renovations of the stadium. Most recently Regency was the CM for new
$16 Million 81,313 SF intermediate school which
opened in the Fall of 2009 and for renovations to
the existing middle school. The project features
a large geothermal well field and is seeking
LEED certification.
