- Regency, as general contractor, replicated a 2,500 square foot 19th century timber framed structure with 21st century amenities. Dunham Tavern is used as an education training center. Regency was awarded the 2002 Builder's Exchange Craftsmanship Award for outstanding carpentry work on this project.
