- Regency performed General Contracting services for this comprehensive renovation and adaptive use of office space in Cleveland’s Mid-Town area of downtown Cleveland. Known as CCAT, the program serves the Cleveland community by establishing a dual vocation and education center in the heart of the city to provide career training
for displaced and disadvantaged workers and to use
the arts as a means to motivate underserved urban
youth. Renovations include a ceramics studio,
pharmacy lab, phlebotomy lab, digital arts and
computer labs, digital film and photography labs as well as academic spaces, offices, a student commons area and art gallery. All floors were refinished or replaced and new walls were installed throughout.
