Ohio School Design Manual (OSDM) Reviews

The Ohio School Design Manual (OSDM) has been used as a guideline for billions of dollars of PK-12 school projects since the OSFC established a process to review the design documents for compliance at the conclusion of each design phase.

Regency has performed OSDM reviews on buildings for more than 200 school districts. Considering each district program averages threee buildings with four phase reviews each, Regency has conducted in escess of 2,400 phase reviews! Regency established many of the review evaluation documents that have been adopted by other firms, and our OSDM review services are often requested by other CM firms.
