Assessment & Master Planning

Regency has been actively involved with the Ohio School Facilities Commission (OSFC) since its inception in 1997. As an OSFC Regional Program Consultant (RPC) for the Expedited Local Partnership Program (ELPP) since 2005, our knowledge of the program and its requirements enables each of our districts to maximize the credit returned to them based on the program that was built.

Regency has managed the building assessment and master plan development for over 150 school districts and 26 career/technology and joint vocational schools and produced more than 600 Master Plans encompassing more than 200 buildings and
22 million square feet of space in northwest Ohio.
