As a core component of our preconstruction services, Regency employs five professional estimators with expertise in specific disciplines: Mechanical, Electrical, Architectural, Plumbing and Fire Protection. The firm’s estimating approach is collaborative and includes extensive dialogue with both owner and architect’s representatives to obtain a complete understanding of
the intent of the facility design. Regency maintains an accuarate trend analysis for major building components
to enable our estimators to track cost and availability fluctuations, and each design phase estimate is ananlyzed and compared to the previous cost model. We are proud to say that our estimates have been within 2% of the projected budget on over $600 million of recent work.
