BIM (Building Information Modeling)
& NavisWorks
BIM uses three-dimensional, dynamic building modeling software to produce a model that encompasses building geometry, spatial relationships and quantities and properties of building components. Regency has assembled a team of field staff, estimators and schedulers who use NavisWorks, a software that links to architects’ 3-D drawings to identify potential clashes and interferences and maintain a complete record of
all interferences. BIM reduces waste, increases efficiency and reduces change orders.

functions and links to scheduling software
to identify discrepancies and enable Regency schedulers to update schedules appropriately
and efficiently.
