Tari founded Regency in 1994 and serves as the head of the organization. Tari is responsible for overall corporate business planning, financial strategy, and implementation of company policies. As president she also engages in contract negotiation and project budget monitoring.

Having joined Regency in 2012, Janelle has served as Vice President of Construction Operations since 2023. Janelle oversees Regency's Project Managers and their respective construction projects.

Scott has been with Regency since 2001 and has served as Vice President of Corporate Operations since 2023. Scott is responsible for managing all of Regency's corporate functions, and additionally provides oversight to project managers.
