Building Schools that Inspire for Nearly Three Decades
School districts today are tasked with the education as well as the well-being of our children. As such, school facilities should provide an engaging and inspiring environment that gives students access to the world around them.
Regency has managed and/or constructed more than 100 PK-12 school building projects since our inception using all major delivery methods. Past projects have included new standalone, renovations and additions to elementary, middle school, high school buildings, athletic facilities, and makerspaces as well as single PK-12 buildings. We have worked with both public and private schools including: Fairless Local Schools, Hillsdale Local Schools, Lakewood City Schools, Licking Heights Local Schools, Magnificat High School, North Union Local Schools, Padua Franciscan High School, St. Edward High School, Saint Joseph Academy, and Woodridge Local Schools.
In addition to physically building and renovating facilities, we work with school leaders across the state to create transformative and cost-effective Master Plans as a Regional Program Consultant for the Ohio Facilities Construction Commission.
We use our decades of building experience as well as our unmatched in-house estimating and scheduling services to support school leaders as they make exciting and significant decisions about how to make lasting changes in their communities.
