Self-Performed Carpentry
Regency is an award-winning company with the in-house capability to self-perform carpentry items such as: wood framing, doors, frames, hardware, casework, millwork, siding, and select drywall and metal studs. Our team is especially talented when it comes to renovating historic structures and preserving important building elements so they can be used in the final product wherever possible.
Our staff of carpenters self-perform wherever possible for our construction management, design-build, and general contracting projects. Working for a variety of public and private sector clients, our extensive experience gives us the capability to produce consistent, high quality work while keeping costs down and maximizing the project’s budget.
