Regency provided Construction Management at Risk services to complete several upgrades to approximately 20 classrooms and associated facilities on the third and fourth floors of Cleveland State University's Berkman Hall — the university's main classroom building.

Completed in three phases, the renovation scope included reconfiguration of existing spaces — i.e. walls, egress, building systems, finishes, etc. — as well as installation of state-of-the-art classroom technology, infrastructure network upgrades, modernization of safety systems, classroom-adjacent restroom facility improvements, and code compliance upgrades. The building remained occupied throughout construction.
