Regency Construction Services, Inc. served as Construction Manager at Risk for the construction of the Cleveland Metroparks Brecksville Nature Center's new Trailside Program Center.

Regency provided Construction Management at Risk services to the Cleveland Metroparks to construct a new Trailside Program Center at their Brecksville Nature Center. The program center houses a large gathering space for educational programming as well as a covered, outdoor pavilion for outdoor programming. The center was designed to evoke the period look and feel of the existing Brecksville Nature Center, which was built in 1939 as part of the Civilian Conservation Corps and Works Progress Administration (WPA) meant to address chronic unemployment during the Great Depression. The Cleveland Metroparks called it the most historic building in the entire park district, and it remains  the last of three original trail-side museums in the Cleveland Metroparks system.

Regency's carpentry division completed the carpentry scope of the project, including wall framing and wood shake roofing among other items.
