Regency Construction Services, Inc. provided Construction Management at Risk services to Magnificat High School for phase one of the renovation to the school's Burke-DiSanto Center for the Visual Arts. This phase's scope centered around conversion of the existing financial and office areas into a more open space, better suited for the installed art gallery and student collaboration spaces. Polished concrete floors and acoustical spray ceilings accent the space. 

Additional project scope elements included selective demolition, a new HVAC unit to better condition the space, and the extension of the existing sprinkler line to provide new fire protection for the space. Regency self-performed some carpentry-related components of the renovation including wood blocking, doors, frames, drywall, and studs.

Regency completed the project in tandem with the replacement of the building’s roof — close communication and logistical coordination with the contracted roofing company took place to ensure both projects were completed safely and smoothly.
