Regency provide Owner's Representation services to the Ohio Department of Transportation for the construction of several maintenance buildings at the organization's Cleveland campus. The vehicle storage, wash bay, mechanical bays, welding bay, and administrative offices were constructed as one building. This provided convenient, sheltered, and conditioned access between the facilities. Other buildings on the campus included a salt storage building, materials building, cold storage building, and outdoor fueling facility, as well as an area for brine mixing.
