Regency provided Construction Management at Risk services to the Cleveland Metroparks for the renovation and addition project at their administration building. The building addition is approximately 11,500 SF, housing new offices for the Cleveland Metroparks’ chief financial officer, controller, financial staff, and IT department in addition to a main computer room, conference rooms, restrooms and a hub / kitchen space. The 3,300 SF of renovated space houses marketing offices and conference rooms.

In addition to serving as the Construction Manager at Risk, Regency also self-performed the rough and finish carpentry for the addition. The addition additionally included a new patio area with bioswales and a planned water feature.
