Regency Construction Services, Inc. is serving as Construction Manager at Risk to construct a new 9-12 school for Fairless Local Schools, as well as an auditorium, new baseball field, and concession stand.

Regency is serving as the Construction Manager at Risk for the ground up construction of the New Fairless 9-12 School, which will be about 120,000 SF in size. The project is aiming for LEED Silver Certification and will utilize Building Information Modeling Technology.

The new high school will have two floors with 40 classrooms, 30 offices, 26 restrooms, and a Board Office. There will be an athletic wing with two new gymnasiums, six locker rooms, one weight room, and one wrestling room. Regency will also construct a performing arts center with seating for 512 guests and a stage with an orchestra pit, and full lighting and equipment.

In the first phase of the project, Regency constructed a new baseball field and concession stand for the district, as the old field needed to be relocated to make room for the new building.

As part of our commitment to expose more students to careers in architecture, engineering, and construction, Regency is hosting Construction Academy for 18 Fairless High School students. The students will learn about the various roles and responsibilities in the industry and on a construction project. They will also have the opportunity to visit the active construction site for their new school and complete hands-on activities to make their mark on the project. Construction Academy hones problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills by engaging the students in teambuilding exercises that reflect real project activities, such as cost estimating and presentations to the school board.
