Regency served as Construction Manager at Risk for the ground-up construction of the new 120,000 SF Fairless High School. The facility replaces the previous high school which served Fairless students for six (6) decades, resulting in outdated spaces beginning to break down. The project is looking to achieve LEED-Silver certification and utilized Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology. The new high school has two (2) floors with (40) classrooms, (30) offices, (26) restrooms, and a Board of Education office. There is an athletic wing with two (2) new gymnasiums, six (6) locker rooms, one (1) weight room, and one (1) wrestling room. Regency also constructed a performing arts center with seating for (512) guests and a stage with an orchestra pit, as well as full lighting and equipment. In the first phase of the project, Regency finished constructing a new baseball field and concession stand, as the old field had to be relocated to make room for the new building.

As part of our commitment to expose more students to careers in architecture, engineering, and construction, Regency hosted a Construction Academy for (20) Fairless High School students. The students learned about the various roles and responsibilities within our industry and within a real construction project. They also had the opportunity to visit an active construction site and complete hands-on activities to make their mark on the new building. Construction Academy hones problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills by engaging the students in team-building exercises that reflect real project activities, such as cost estimating and presentations to the school board.
