Regency provided Design-Build services for the expansion of Kent State University’s Field House, an addition of 12,250 SF space at approximately $4 Million. The expansion included locker rooms, restrooms, showers, and team space for the women’s soccer, women’s softball, women’s field hockey, women’s track, and men's track teams. An existing 750kVA electrical transformer was also installed to upgrade the power to the Field House.

The field house is a popular venue for competition and other university functions, but is also used by various community organizations. The addition was constructed while keeping the field house in full operation.

Regency was responsible for taking the criteria design parameters and producing construction documents to build from. Regency then set the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for the project, and constructed the addition.
