Regency is proud to have served as the General Contractor for the construction of the Linden Fresh Market and Charitable Pharmacy. Informed by years of community engagement, the team transformed a former abandoned convenience store into a full-service pharmacy and fresh market that will serve the local community for years to come by providing access to healthy foods and needed medicine. The colors of the building pay homage to the history of Linden, while other features such as new enlarged storefront windows, clear pharmacy shelving, and a new patio make the building appear more inviting.

This project also included:

• New entrances

• Glass garage-style doors that connect the interior market with the new exterior concrete patio

• A polished walk-in cooler

• Roof replacement

• New mansard framing

• A new parking lot including 24 car spaces and a bike rack

As part of this project, Regency provided mentoring services for one of the local Linden residents, by providing a paid internship position throughout the project.
