Regency served as Construction Manager as Agent for The MetroHealth System to construct the $24 million, 57,000 SF November Family Health Center in Middleburg Heights. Completed on time and on budget, the facility extends access to MetroHealth services for suburban residents living in the southwest corner of Cuyahoga County.

The ground-up project consisted of a partial single-story and partial two-story building, with a portion of the building constructed as shell space for future needs. The health center offers primary care services, MetroExpressCare, imaging services, and a variety of specialty services including cardiology, neurology, orthopedics, obstetrics and gynecology, dermatology, and physical and occupational therapy.
