Regency Construction Services, Inc. served as Construction Manager at Risk for the construction of the MOSO Village mixed-use building and streetscape.

Regency provided Construction Management at Risk services to MOSO Village for a new two-story mixed-use building with brick and metal panel siding in downtown Sturgis, Michigan. The first floor consists of shell space for future retail tenants as well as garages for the second floor apartments. The second floor consists of 12 upscale luxury apartments, consisting of four one-bedroom units and eight two-bedroom units. An amenity space is also included on the second floor for tenants to utilize for larger gatherings. Additional commercial tenant space is also located on the second floor.

Revitilization of one city block included new water, sanitary and storm utilities; new concrete sidewalks with brick pavers; crosswalks installed with brick pavers; new streetlights; new streetscape landscaping; new asphalt roadways; and decorative animal sculptures. Festoon lighting was also added to the crosswalks on two of the main streets.
