Regency provided General Contracting services to the architectural firm, Robert P. Madison International, Inc. (RPMI) for the interior renovation of their first floor offices.  

Designed by RPMI and constructed by Regency, this project's scope of work centered around a complete demolition and rebuild of the existing space, including the firm’s offices, shared work spaces, conference rooms, reception area, kitchen, and restrooms. Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, lighting, and fire protection systems were upgraded as well.

Regency’s carpenters completed the finish carpentry work on the project.
