Regency served as Construction Manager at Risk for the St. Joseph Courtyard  renovation at St. Edward High School. This project centered on the school’s St.  Joseph statue, where new concrete, pavers and landscaping were utilized to  reinvigorate the courtyard to properly house the statue, which had previously been  in storage for many years.   

St. Edward High School utilized donor funding for this project, creating a gorgeous  space for students to pray, relax, or simply sit outdoors.
