Regency provided Construction Management at Risk services for the construction of a new Welcome Pavilion as well as exterior modifications to the Gorilla Yard at the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo. Modifications to the Gorilla Yard included new netting and fencing, and filling the existing moat. The new Welcome Pavilion — centrally located west of the zoo's main entrance — acts as a new landmark within the zoo and incorporates the following features as reinforcement of the zoo’s "Securing a Future for Wildlife" campaign:

• Multimedia guest welcome including video and graphics to demonstrate the connection between visitors' favorite animals and the zoo’s worldwide conservation efforts

• “Quarter for Conservation” kiosk which allows guests to determine where in the world their funds should be committed to wildlife conservation

• Exterior material palette consistent with existing zoo exhibits and attractions

• Open on three sides to promote traffic flow in multiple directions

• Exterior and interior immersive interpretive messaging and zoo wayfinding
