Regency provided Design-Build services to Cuyahoga Community College for the modifications and upgrades of their veterinary technology training area located within the college's West Campus. The program's facilities included animal housing, surgical, treatment, and care facilities as well as laboratory and storage rooms.

Renovations included interior demolition and new construction, as well as a new entrance and exit to the building. Separate treatment rooms for animals – cats, dogs, reptiles, birds, and rodents – were created, along with a grooming area and room for washing materials. The treatment and holding room for rodents in particular required extra detail to ensure that any holes or small crevices were sealed to prevent rodents who may get out of their cage from escaping the space.
