Regency provided Design-Build services to the Cleveland Metroparks for the construction of a new maintenance facility at Euclid Creek Reservation. The new facility replaced a few older structures that were no longer functional for the maintenance staff. The pre-engineered building provided two maintenance bays, offices, restrooms, and a break room for the day-to-day operations at the reservation. Utility upgrades and some pavement repairs were also completed.
