What to Expect when Regency is your Owner’s Representative
Due to the complexity of a large construction project, some Owners select an Owner's Representative to act on their behalf to manage the entire design and construction process — from architect and consultant selection through final project closeout.
When Regency serves as your Owner’s Representative, we utilize our expertise in all facets of planning and construction to build a process that ensures your best interests as the client are protected and met. Open and transparent communication, including face-to-face status updates with all partners and Owner stakeholders, ensures that project timelines and objectives are being executed as planned. Regency dedicates our staff and resources to hold each stakeholder accountable and give Owners peace of mind.
Our Approach
Regency brings extensive knowledge and leadership skills to the Owner’s Representation process. At the onset of the project, Regency pays close attention to the project parameters and begins discussions around the delivery approach.
A Kick-off Meeting allows all parties to have a mutual understanding of the project, including the timeline, budget and design concepts.
Through the Design Stages, we manage critical project steps, such as the Constructability Review, estimates, schedules, and facilitate a comprehensive guaranteed maximum price (GMP) (or bid review, depending on the delivery method).
During the Construction Stage, Regency will supervise all activities, communication, review site safety and schedule, and ensure proper quality control has been followed.
The project Closeout Stage enables us to manage the final punch lists and facilitate necessary inspections, training, and documentation submissions.
From project start to closeout, Regency is committed to serving as a knowledgeable and reliable representative for our project Owners.
